.Once we receive your returned item, we’ll send out the replacement

.Customers are responsible for return postage; we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

We’ll cover return costs and ensure you receive a replacement or full refund. We may ask for photographic evidence of the issue to process before authorizing the return and refund.
